Industry experts recommend waxing every 3-5 days of riding. Most people wait way too long. When your base looks white or chalky near the edges, you're already overdue. A freshly waxed board feels smooth, fast, and connected to the snow.

Look for a white, chalky appearance on the base, especially near the edges. When riding, you'll notice slower speed, sticky spots, and less control. If you're struggling to maintain speed on flat sections or can't clear jumps you usually make, it's time for a wax.

When you book, you'll get exact details for that night's drop-off location. Generally, I have a collection rack near the base area or parking lot at Hyland Hills and Buck Hill. You'll see the Shred Ready signage. Drop your board between 7-9pm and it'll be ready by 4pm the next day.

Absolutely. Once you drop off, I take your board home for waxing. It's never left unattended at the hill. Each board is tagged and tracked through our system. I return it to the pickup rack the next afternoon, and you grab it when you arrive to ride.

Everything runs through Square. You can pay with any credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or whatever you've got. You pay when you book, so there's no fumbling with cash at the hill.
